Superbottoms plus diaper comes with 2 soakers - 1 is attached while the other is detachable. Note - cotton is not the same as bamboo cotton the inside of the diaper as well as the top soaker is lined with a unique stay-dry fabric that stays dry even after baby urinates on it.
