This is done with our antique chocolate ‘enrober’, the heart of our artisan chocolate business. It is over 60 years old, and continues to cascade our chocolate curtain that ‘enrobe’ our chocolate centres with. * Our chocolate gingers RECIPE is simple, we haven't added anything that shouldn't be there - Just succulent, crystallised pieces of the finest stem ginger, married with a double coating of rich, dark chocolate.
