The Smaland Doll's House has been a traditional Lundby favorite since the 1950's and was redesigned in 2011 with all-new contemporary decor. The doll's house features hinged windows and a balcony with doors that open and shut. The Smaland Doll's House is prewired with Lundby's unique 4.5 volt lighting system, so you can enhance every room with your choice of the realistic child-safe electrical fixtures Lundby sells separately. The lighting system requires a transformer in order to operate (sold separately). The Lundby Family of dolls is just waiting to move into your Smaland Doll's House (dolls sold separately). As your doll family grows, you can expand your Lundby Smaland Doll's House by adding a 2-room extension or a lovely summer and winter garden with a white picket fence, all of which are available for separate purchase. The Lundby Smaland Doll's House is made from plastic, with papered floors, walls and exteriors. The house comes packed flat and includes instructions for adult assembly.
