Step 2: Secure your Loc to the EasyLoc Hair Tool using the enclosed diagram and instructions. Step 3: Insert the EasyLoc Hair Tool at the base of your loc at 3:00 and exit 9:00. Step 4: Insert the EasyLoc Hair Tool at the base of your loc at 6:00 and exit 12:00. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all new hair growth is locked. Take care to NOT over tighten your hair.
