What are the dimentions of these containers, ie. width, depth, height.

The containers may be smaller than you imagine, as describing by volume can be misleading. They measure 120mm x 120mm with a height of 43mm. Be cautious if you need them for liquids and require a watertight seal.

Are these airtight, suitable for storing spices?

Well, I have not stored spices in these boxes. However I believe them to be airtight. I have just half filled one box with water, put on the lid and given it a good shake and water did drop out.

Can these be opened and closed while frozen regularly without the lids cracking ? ie for keeping lemon slices for G&Ts!

I've never had a problem with cracking. Some of my boxes are more than 10 years and have been in constant use. All are in good good order.
