Kale is increasingly popular due to the documented benefits and is considered by many as the number one superfood. Low in calories with zero and high in fibre and C, this winter hardy mix can be used for year round cropping. Use for salad leaf, stir fries, or traditional steaming and boiling. The sweet leaves can also be juiced for a tious smoothie. With medium height and vigour this is the perfect mix for small veg patches and square metre ings.
