Mehron make-up mixing liquid is an indispensable tool for any artist make-up box. It can be used to dilute Mehron Liquid Makeup or mix it with Mehron's Precious Gem to create intensely metallic colours that are water repellent. The Mixing Liquid can also be used to fix Mehron's Paradise Glitter and GlitterDust all day long. Available in convenient 30ml or large 133ml bottles. Application: Mix a small a of mixing liquid with Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powder to get a liquid metallic make-up. This can be applied with a brush, sponge or airbrush.
