These build your throw muscles & technique, giving the confidence & edge you need. Spear is 664inches long, 4.25 inch straight spike. These have a hole in the end so you can easily attach 25 feet of some kind of rope or heavy string to control the distance it goes and be able to pull it back easily, a rope is NOT included. Heavy duty epoxy is used to make sure the spear tip is super durable. We add a custom Spartan sticker as well. The handle is wood, just like standard race spears. Contact us anytime with questions.
