This 3-hour, multi-language training video explores Shaolin
White Crane Kung Fu, one of the most famous martial styles
developed in ancient China. It is commonly recognized that
Shaolin White Crane is the root of Okinawan Karate, and has
heavily influenced Japanese martial arts. From this program, any
martial artist can gain profound comprehension of empty-handed
styles.
In Course 1, world-reknown teacher Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming presents
a lecture explaining the theory and history of Shaolin White
Crane Gongfu, and instructs fundamental stances, movements and
hand techniques.
In Course 2, Dr. Yang explains and instructs fundamental Qigong
exercises, Jin (Power) patterns, more basic movements and hand
techniques. White Crane Qigong(Chi Kung) is a proven way to build
explosive fighting power, known as Jin. In addition, the first
barehand sequence 'Qi Xing Quan' and its applications is also
taught.

Yang's Martial Arts Association was established in Boston, MA in
1982. With the intent of preserving traditional Chinese Gongfu
(Kung Fu) and Qigong , Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming began training
students in the rigors of Shaolin Long Fist and White Crane
Gongfu as well as Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. Dr. Yang also
undertook his life-long dream of teaching and researching the

About the Actor

Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming is a world renowned author and teacher of
Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan and Chin Na and a leading authority on
Qigong. Involved in Chinese Kung Fu since 1961, he maintains over
55 schools in 18 countries. Dr. Yang has published over thirty
books and over seventy videotapes and DVDs on the Chinese martial
