Note:
1)The connector of the controller and the blanket must be interconnected before plugging the appliance to a power source.
2)This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to rig this safety feature.
3)If the temperature level is set above level 4, the blanket will work under the set level for 1 hour and then turn to level 4 automatically.
4)Do not use the blanket when it is wet (not in the bathroom or similar environments).
5)Never touch a blanket that has fallen into water. Unplug the unit from power immediately.
6)Keep the power cord away from hot surface.
7)Make sure the blanket is under heat level 4 or below while ing.
