Keramiton offers some advantages over common clay, such as consistent quality, low shrinkage and odourless when burning. Keramiton hardens in the air and can also be fired in the oven at 150°. The hardened models can be further processed or painted by filing or grinding. Sealed with varnish creates a ceramic-like surface.
