This comb is made from natural rubber - a renewable raw material that is 100% processed by us. With vulcanization in water vapor, the natural rubber is networked by natural additives and pressed into the comb shape. Then the metal foil is removed and from the soft rubber has become hard ebonite. The basis for the further steps in manual work.

The comb plaque is processed by hand by grinding, sawing and polishing. The quality of the surface and the precision of the tooth cut are permanently controlled. Until it's perfect.
