1) your phone is not connecting to a 5G Wi-Fi signal.
2) the wifi pas has at least 8 characters and no special character in the wifi pas such as !@#$%^&*()_+.
3) for Andriod phone the first digit of wifi pas is not "0".

1) too many devices sharing the same internet network.
2) the IP camera is too far from the router if using Wi-Fi connection.
