If the machine does not work, please try the following:
1.Check the power to ensure the current is above 1000mA & voltage is above 5V.
2.Check if the liquid cup is in place.
3.This nebulizer is mainly used with auxiliary medication, salt water. PLEASE DO NOT use pure distilled water, purified water, mineral water, essential oil. It may not working, these liquids are not conductive.
4.Check if the liquid is sufficient and the medicinal liquid is diluted. （If the liquid concentration is too high , it may cause the machine to not work.）
5. Check if the battery is exhausted(AA Battery consumption is fast)/ the USB cable is damaged.
6.Scrub the spray port with alcohol.
